Job Vacancies at RIB: Apply with A0 and A2 Today

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT FROM THE DIRECTOR GENERAL IN CHARGE OF HUMAN RESOURCES AND FINANCE AT RIB

The Rwanda Investigation Bureau (RIB) hereby informs all interested individuals that there are vacant positions for those who wish to serve as Investigators in different departments of the Bureau, including staff specialized in crime intelligence and investigative operations.

Applicants for these positions are required to apply and submit a complete application dossier demonstrating their qualifications and willingness to serve in this capacity.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Every candidate must fulfil the following requirements:

1. Be a Rwandan citizen;
2. Submit a job application letter addressed to the Secretary General of RIB, clearly indicating the position applied for;
3. Meet the minimum age requirement:
4. At least 30 years old for positions of Investigator in different fields;
5. At least 25 years old for Surveillance Officer, Operations Officer, and Tactical Response Officer;
6. Hold at least a university degree recognized by the Government of Rwanda;
7. Provide official documents proving good conduct and integrity, including:
• Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the competent authority;
• Criminal Records Clearance Certificate;
8. Submit notarized copies of all required academic and professional documents;
9. Be medically fit, certified by a qualified health professional.

Investigator in different fields

1.       Level: 5.II
2. Required Profile: AO (A0) in Law, Management, Finance, Business Administration, Public Finance, Economics, Accounting, Professional Police Studies, Sociology, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Education Sciences, IT, International Relations, and Social Studies.

         IMPORTANT NOTES

2. The deadline for submission is 11 October 2025 at 12:00 PM (noon).
3. Candidates must be ready to serve in any location across Rwanda.
4. A candidate is not allowed to apply for more than one position at the same time.
